The California Amateur Hockey Association (CAHA), the governing entity for NorCal and Capital Thunder, has implemented a mandatory “Anti Bullying and Inclusivity” training for all players, parents, coaches, Board members, and volunteers at all age levels.

This training is mandatory in order to participate in the 2024 season and needs to be completed by Wednesday, October 16th, 2024.

Failure to comply will mean immediate removal from the official roster. Coaches, Managers, Locker Room Monitors and Players will be added back to the roster once the training has been completed.

If you are a Coach, Team Manager, Locker Room Monitor or USA Hockey Parent Volunteer here are your steps:

1) Use the ADULT link
2) CLICK ON NEW USER
3) Create a UNIQUE username and & password
4) Create account by entering your name (not you players name), your DOB etc.
5) Select your role: PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU CLICK ONLY THE PARENT AND EITHER VOLUNTEER OR COACH BOX. This will Require you to enter a USAH Registration number for yourself the parent volunteer and/or coach.
6) Take course (after chapter 5 you will take a quiz, FYI there is a chapter 6) then you will receive a certificate with a number

If you are a Parent who is NOT a volunteer as a LRM, Manager or a Coach here are the steps:

Parent Training

1) Use the ADULT link
2) CLICK ON NEW USER
3) Create a UNIQUE username and & password
4) Create account by entering your name (not you players name), your DOB etc.
5) Select your role: PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU CLICK ONLY THE PARENT BOX. This will not require you to enter a USAH Registration number if it does you clicked the wrong box.
6) Take course (after chapter 5 you will take a quiz, FYI there is a chapter 6) then you will receive a certificate with a number

Player Training

1) The player will use the appropriate age level PLAYER Link Please Note that there are two trainings: 12U and Under and 13U and Older

2) CLICK ON NEW USER
3) Create a UNIQUE username and & password per each child (email address can still be parent's email)
4) Create an account under your players name (not the parents name) enter DOB, etc. Please make sure the player clicks on the PLAYER BOX ONLY. This will require you to enter the PLAYERS 2024/2025 Season USAH registration number.
5) Enter the parents adult certificate number so player may access training.
6) Player will take course (after chapter 5 you will take quiz, FYI there is a chapter 6 then the player will receive certificate
