Location: SkateTown Party Room – Start Time: 6pm. The first 30 minutes (approx.) of the meeting will be closed door, and then will be open to the public.

2025 Positions Open for Election – Term is 04/01/2025 thru 03/31/2027

There are 5 positions up for election this year.  This is your chance to help continue to grow the club, help plan events, and be an influential piece of the Thunder program.  If you see a position you feel would be a great fit for, go for it!  NOTE: All of CTYH’s open positions are non-compensated and volunteer. 

  • VP Hockey Operations – currently held by Julie Ward
  • Treasurer/Chief Financial Officer – currently held by Nicole Dyer
  • Registrar – currently held by Amy McCuaig
  • Secretary – currently held by Caprice Goshko
  • Director of Coaches – currently held by Jeff Glover

If you are interested in filling one of the above positions, please submit by midnight February 21,2025: (1) your nomination request identifying the position you would like to fill; (2) a resume; and (3) your qualifications to fill the position (a brief description is sufficient). Nominations will be announced via email on March 6. If more than one nomination is received for any of the open positions, a vote will be taken on that position. Your resume and qualifications will be made available to members in the event a vote needs to be taken on the position. If needed, voting will take place on February 22 at Skatetown from 6 – 8:00 p.m. There will be one vote per family.
